Its hard for me to stay motivated but if i exercise on a regular schedule- i want to have thicker arms, more toned muscle on my sides (lats)
and thicker legs to fit into pants better and thicker forearms
What's up? i haven't heard from you in a while. Just seeing how things are going with you in the world of bodybuilding. Right now I'm doing a small clean bulk (eating 6 small meals a day) until december. It going to be difficult because I'm not a vegetarian as I don't eat meat and fish no more. However, I can still handle it though as I just need bulk harder.

Greetings Wavydinner14. I haven't heard from you in a while. I see based on your new pics that you have develop huge arms. Very nice. You know how big are your biceps using measuring tape? I assume that you have been bulking as well and you are doing a good job of that also.

do you measure bicep when tensed or cold, because yours is 38cm, you can curl 37kg and bench 50kg but mines 30cm (cold) and 34.5cm (tensed) and i can curl 45kg and bench 80kg haha just wondering, thanks g

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
