hey man i've been looking at your cut diet and had a couple of questions. Does it matter what time of day I eat the actual solid meal? also would it be less productive to use milk with the protein (I know that it would be extra calories and milk is high in sugar)? Thanks

Are there any diets that work best for reducing fat whilst maintaining muscle mass at the same that that you could recommend to me so i can read it. Do you know if zone diets would be any good for these aims? Thanks
