How I Started:
I had chucked weights about a few years ago when I was about 17, but never had a clue about nutrition or training methods. Only started getting my act togerther properly as of this April 08. Done alot of research on diet and training and looking to improve on my physique.
Why I Love It:
It's a brilliant feeling when you're in the gym, even though I feel shattered after it! It's good when people notice results aswell.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look about the guys at my age, and some of them are way out of shape already. I don't want to be the guy when i'm in my 30's with the beer gut etc, I want to be able to look and feel good about myself.
BB Accomplishments:
None to date, but I want to stay clean and natural and maybe compete in some natural competitions.
