How I Started:
My freshman year in college. I was 225 with 8% body Fat as a junior. I Hurt my lower back and had to stop lifting for about 3 years. Much older and Wiser now, no desire to put on that size anymore, just want to lean and rip at 215lbs
Why I Love It:
Like the way I can sculpt my body to look the way I want it to look. And it helps me relieve alot of stress
How I Stay Motivated:
Just set a goal and stay focus

this pic taken after a week of being extremely ill. Droped a few pounds.
I am now 211lbs and losing body fat while maintaining muscle weight
Mondays- Chest and Biceps, leg extentions. Inbetween sets I do abs
Tuesday- Back and triceps, leg Press. Inbetween sets I do abs
Wednesday- 30 minutes eliptical, Squats, leg curl, calf raises
Thursday- Chest and biceps, forearms, leg extenstions. Inbetween sets I do abs
Friday- Back...
Thanks sweetie and I am glad you are feeling better.I am blessed to be your inspration and you make sure you love the body your changing. Take care of yourself and listen to your body. I will be back on track on monday for the next 9weeks till my next show. DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES HMMM. all week. But mmonday they are out of this house. A girls got some iron to lift. lol. 9 weeks out hope to bring you all a better body than the last one. Improve thyself-and still I rise.

Thanks MoJo. How is your trianing going? I have been at hospital off and on do to Grandfather. Been sprinting the parking lot. I did post some progress pics and I am pressing thru though we have a funeral to plan now- still I RISE. 2 weeks out till showtime.

Thanks! I’m on a diet with high protein (400g), medium carb (170g) normal fat (80g). Proteins (and fat) mainly from chicken and salmon and a couple of shakes, car from oat and rice, and some fat from Udos Choise. 8 meals a day including 1 shake 3AM. Cardio 5 times a week, an hour each time
Training! whew! well I've been consistant. As far as sleep goes,I get about 20 to 25 hours a week. I know its bad, but it is what it is. I usually go to city of Gastonia it's 24 hours and free. It would be good to change scenary a bit.
