Sorry I have been away, I am recovering from a car accident. I have been having constant headaches still. I have been also working lots of overtime (prb not good for recovering) I won't be back on here until I can get back in the gym...
welllllllll so Coach says I won't be ready to compete in Arizona on Feb. 6th, and wants me to wait at least until the end of April for a competition in Spokane. He wants me to pack on more muscle
Help as many people as I possibly can to get themselves motivated enough to reach their goals. That, and compete on a national level within the next year to earn a pro card.. is that too much to ask?? I'm going to try!

My CURRENT goal is to maintain my progress towards losing bodyfat while holding onto muscle. Working nights is throwing me off schedule a little. But I'll get better! ;-)
Back in the gym with a new fire! Finally pulled myself together after disappointing 1st competition and back to training hard! (Thanks for this community's support!) Looking at March of next year to compete again.
