Background

When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Worked out all my life but really i have started to focus after i finished Playing college football I have always wanted to get really BIG. However now I just want to shred and have solid core strength with some good size

WHY I LOVE IT:

makes me feel great, calms me down, gets all the nerves out, i love to see my personal gains and goals achieved
