For years I wanted to have the "washboard abs look." I ran and competed in XC and Track but never really was able to work on how my body looked, plus I never really cared about health and nutrition. Now it's time for a change!
Why I Love It:
After a good hard workout I just feel stronger yet refreshed. I guess its more of a stress release for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just Do It! Don't think just do!
BB Accomplishments:
Actually following a healthy diet and workout plan.
After a few weeks of not following a workout routine because of a lack of motivation tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I will start following my new program.
