How I Started:
I wrestled back in high school and was in great shape, after college I started competing in rodeos in bullriding for about 5 years. I quit riding bulls in 2005 and ate alot of crap food and drinking beer every day I did'nt have to work. I was turning into a skinny fat guy. I think my wrists were bigger than my biceps... I have a friend who worked out and I could see changes in him. So I started working out in my basement. Shortly after that me and my wife moved to a different city and joined a gym. I started out never leaving the machine section and slowly moved to the free weights and really started to get into it, now here I am.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging myself. I like the way it makes me feel and look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes and mostly seeing a pic of myself taken Jan 2007 that is up on my fridge. Its hard to see changes week to week or even month to month but when I see that picture from a couple years ago I just laugh.
