How I Started:
I used to be an avid rock climber who was afraid to put on too much muscle. After starting to go to the gym to cut off some fat I soon realized how small I was and decided on weight lifting...been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
It releases stress and I just effin' LOVE it! It's fun, addicting, and thrilling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just read these forums daily. It shows me how small I really am.
