What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Mountainbiking, and M.M.A. I love it because it's competitive extreme. I love the adrenaline rush I get.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I usually ride 3 or 4 times a week, but since I'm gaining and my job is already labor intensive, I only ride hard on special occasions.
