When I Started:
How I Started:
I've Always been athletic and cared about health and nutrition since I was young. When I was 10 I got into little league football and it went from there. I took special interest in natural path medicines and discovered amazing things through tons of research. Now I'm more interested in outdoor activities, hard workouts and M.M.A. Learning about nutrition and natural path stuff encourages me to live healthier as well. You would be amazed at how much the medical and pharmaceutical companies have suppressed from the public. Read my blog about cancer especially if you know someone battling it.
Why I Love It:
I love staying in shape because it keeps the mind, body and soul, strong, alert, confident and ready for any obstacle standing between me and my destiny. Keeps me ready for war in any circumstance. I've always had a "never quit, never surrender" attitude. The warrior in me will never die. lol (sorry had to throw that in there.)I love pushing myself and telling my body what to do, and not the other way around.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wake up reminding myself everyday that I was created for a great purpose and born to be a leader that leads others to leadership. Its not a job but a privilege to breathe life and help others. I think God inspires my motivation. I believe in divine purpose and no matter the pains and suffering I've gone through, I'm seeing a great future come to past, and it all relies on our perception and how we're going to approach it with positive action. "Faith without ACTION is DEAD" I HATE laziness and slumber. I never liked the feeling and it doesnt produce any fruit.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Mountainbiking, and M.M.A. I love it because it's competitive extreme. I love the adrenaline rush I get.
