This was taken in 2004. It had been a while (about a year) since I had been doing any sort of training, working out, martial arts, etc. This was about four weeks into training. I wasn't training for anything except to get into shape for me.

I am going to put on weight slowly, the way that I have been doing for years. This way I dont have to worry about putting on the excess weight and then trim it off to the desired look. I'll just take my take to form look and grow into it. even if this means dropping the unwanted pounds now , to do so. Its not the pounds that I'm going for, its the lean muscle tissue. So dont be suprised if you see a little fluctuation in my weight, its all part of the process.

Back up to 210 pounds from 207. Im feeling pretty good about it. Gotta keep pushin'.

Not much physical change, only dramatic strength increasings. The more strength, the more intense the workouts become. Looking forward to it!

Down to 195 pounds.
