Im doing great. Funny... You say and I quote, "Squat til ya puke!" Lol! Thats what Im in the process of. Trying to focus on my legs and back. Im okay with it... until three days later and I realize that my legs dont want to be my friends anymore. Im having a great time though. Youre looking terrific! TTYL.

Yeah, my job picked up for a moment. Now Im back to training regularly. I am currently in the processs of constructing a new workout program for myself to accomodate my schedule. But for the most part, Im back to training regularly.

Between work and home, I kinda slacked off a bit. My training ended up taking a turn for the worst. I developed mass that I was looking for but my definition wasnt where I wanted it to be. So I decided to trim back down and start over. Back to the old drawing board. I am great now, its just that the size that I wanted isnt there... yet. Soon enough though.

I developed the mass that I wanted but the definition wasnt there. I didnt have enough time for the gym being that I had moved, my gym equipment wasnt set up, and my job days and hours had changed. I didnt change my diet much, so I kept eating for growth. It wasnt all too bad, but I missed looking like my profile picture. So I decided to trim back down to beef up. Lol.

Hey, Lady! Its been a long time. How are you? Me, working as usual. I went up to 230 pounds but I wasnt as lean as I wanted, so I went back down to 200 pounds to refine my procedure and perfect it. You look great, by the way. I promise not to be a stranger. Enjoy your weekend.
