I have always been an active person. I practice martial arts, I like sports, etc. I started working out when I was 13 years old because I was too small and skinny. It was just push-ups and sit-ups and basketball/football. I noticed that people would comment on my body and see things that I couldnt, so that motivated me to go further. Soon, it wasn't long before I was addicted. I then had to be the strongest, fastest, and better looking guy around for my size and age. I started to join every fitness group that would accept me. I have always loved bodybuilding since as long as I could remember (I really don't know how it got started), and now not only did I want to be the best, but I wanted to have one the most impressive physiques also.
Why I Love It:
It's rewarding. Everything about it feels good (except leg days) lol. The pain is worth it, to know that you've been through the worst and survived and it was all on willpower and determination (all you). To know that after this, you have taken another step into progression on attaining that higher level of self that most people can only dream about. I love discovering new possibilities and breaking through tough barriers, especially when it pertains to my physical and mental possibilities. Besides I like feeling good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about failure, letting others down, letting myself down, losing to others, and above all, losing out to myself from pressure and times when things seem very much impossible.
BB Accomplishments:
For me personally, I still favor my overall natural strength because I for some reason am and have always been stronger than average for anyone my age, even now. I never had to work as hard as others to achieve my goals, they came fairly easy. This is why I push myself ever farther, I want to know what I am capable of. My accomplishment/s would be when I broke the 175 pound plane. There was once a time when I didnt think it was possible, but through patience and hard work I eventually started growing. I am now 205 pounds (and I love it).

Today was the first day of training back from my injury. Its the one that sucks the most. Not being able to workout has been terrible for me. Especially since I was already on week nine of my 12week program. But all of the fuss is over. Today the ICE has been broken, and Im back and ready...
Hey thank you so much! Yeah the powerthirst video had me in tears laughing. So funny! Yes! I am really having fun being fit and sexy! Thanks for the encouragement!

Oh wow! What happened? That has to suck to start over! Well I wish you luck! As for me, competing is no longer a goal of mine so I'm just working for a fit, healthy body. Keep in touch.
Hi, hows things? Ive been 'away' for a while- totally immersed in my fitness business, building my website and my client base; working hard and loving it.Hope all is well with you x
Otis, leaning out shouldn't be too bad for you, as long as don't lose those big pecs! Have fun in the dungeon. You're gonna start filling out again in no time. I'm doin ok, gained a lb or two and lookin good for my age, except obliques are really fat! Not enough diet control and cardio. I'm liftin regularly, though!
