How I Started:
Played sports on and off through high school. Also grappled and kick boxed afterwards.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great! Being health adds to every aspect of my life in one way or another.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont really know. I feel its just part of my life style. Its just an inner desire. I cant fathom not being fit at this point in life. Even when Im older or if I was disabled I would still strive to workout and be as health and active as possible.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 155lbs to 190lbs at one time with only 8% body fat. That was around 1999 to 2001. I broke some ribs off my spine and its taken awhile to get back to where I am now.
