1999
How I Started:
I first saw my brother and dad working out together in our basement, which inspired me to lift and want to be strong.
Why I Love It:
Ever since i started to bodybuild, i knew it was my favorite hobby b/c i love to see and feel the pump i get from lifting, seein my results over periods of time, and just love to get stronger and make myself healther and better my physique. Also whenever im stressed or having problems i know i can go lift and have no worries.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set myself goals and just go for it. I stay by friends/family and people that will motivate me in anything i do, and people that want to see me succeed. Sometimes i imagine a picture in my head of myself being weak and scrawny. Dont want ever want that, soo im always motivated

I want to gain as much stength and size that i can possibly get on my upper and lower body
Goal (Long):
My current goal is to gain 30 pounds of muscle, to stay a beast. Lift hard and push myself to new limits, then push myself beyond those limits. I want to be as big as i can be.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Every couple months i make a log of current 1 rep max lifts and body size measurements.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I think that the deadlift is probably the most dangerous exercise b/c of its uses your full body and is you use the wrong form you could pull a muscle very easily

Where do you mainly workout?
Home
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I have my own home gym, i have all the essentials, but there are a couple of things i dont have to do some of the exercises i would like to do.
You've definitely got a lot of size and definition. You have to be up in the 200 lb range now right? If not you certainly look it. Hope your training goes well man, take care and let me know how things go.
Hey Brad, the transformation is great. Not only have you built much lean, ripped muscle, but you most recent shot really shows your transition from a boy's body to the fantastic body of a man. Fantastic job with the hard work. Are you at OSU? What area of Oh are you from?
Keep up the hard work, man.
hey thanks for the add bro. Training is hard with 1 arm as I'm sure you can imagine! check out pic of me doin deadlifts with 1 hand and 2 weight belts LOL that didnt workout so well
