Just got tired of being a skinny person, and wanted to get in shape.
Why I Love It:
I love the PUMP and I love watching my body grow. And I fell better now then I did before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the felling I get from working out and the people who tell me that my body is changing, and the look on there faces when they see me now.
BB Accomplishments:
When I starter bodybuilding I could only press 170lbs on the leg press now I am pressing 435lbs for me to get over 2.5 times my starting weight is awsome.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I injured my shoulder doing a press movement. It took me about A month to fully recover.
I kept training, however I did not do that same shoulder press movement for awhile, so my shoulder would heal. then after my shoulder was better I did A couple of weeks with alot lighter weight.
Update: In Feb 2009 I tore my left delt muscle doing behind the head Military press its been 3 months and my shoulder is still healing.. I injured my shoulder doing a press movement. It took me about A month to fully recover.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Lifting too much weight with bad form is what I think happens to most people

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Help keep me pushing myself harder plus it can make for A safer workout if you have someone to spot you, and watch your form.
Well I have seen my weight gains start back sliding in the past month, I think its the heat because I have not been able to eat like I was before it got so hot. And now I am also having some pain in the bones in my forearm ( don't know what thats all about??) unless its just the amount of weight...
hEY Warren how are you. Got cut to pieces and omg did it hurt so many drugs cant sleep to much lovely pain, ill take a heavy day of legs over this. Ill keep you in the loop mate. how are u?
Progress has been slow. I stumbled a little, got sick...trying to get back on track. I think I'm getting there. Sometime I need to think about my overall health, being fit and enjoying activities, like running, instead of trying to hit a number on the scale! Things will improve. Focus on the journey instead of the destination. Good luck!
Warren, I couldn't agree more with your comment about the pics that people post. Keep it clean! I would like to enjoy this site but if it get raunchy, it ruins it for me.
You should try and do that - keep a log of what you eat also what I do - i bring food with me everywhere I go -- its a Pain in the A$$ to pre cook everything - but the best way not to cheat : )
I found this new product - or rather it found me - i was checking out profiles and came across this one called EWI - he talks about liquid egg whites that he ordered - so of course I said give it a try and ordered it - and I absolutely LOVE IT - its a quick way for me to get my protein in when I cant sit done and eat a meal at work !! Im a RN in a very busy ER - It works for me !!
Thanks Jeff for the wonderful comments - Your back still looks awesome - as far as gaining weight - how much protein and carbs are you taking in daily??
