Workout Program:
This Schedule is to be rotated out until August when my job shifts back to normal and allows me to get in better work outs. This will be done everyday, the exercises will rotate accordingly with one first and then the next, like three gears.

5:30 am - Either 20 minute run, or 20 minute bleacher circuit

2pm break - 15 to 20 minutes of yoga

10 pm - Either the Men's Health Push-up plan, crunches (v-ups, slow bikes, knees up, side crunches), or leg exercises (jump squats, wall sits, mt climbers)
