This was taken on Halloween 2008. No flexing or anything, just me being an ass on a rock. Still it's shirtless and right before I got serious with weight trainning so it makes for a good before picture.

This was another picture that I took after my first day with the new weight trainning routine. I think I look decent, but I hopefully in 8 weeks to the day of this picture I'll have something really impressive to show off.

The next few are stuff from my spring workouts. I improved every lift by at least 5lbs, and many by 10 and 20, but I didn't get any bigger :(

My biggest improvement. I went from squating 235 for three sets of 12 to squating 260 for 4 sets of ten.
