Overall Goal: To strike a balance inbetween being a skinny runner and a weight lifter. Super fit without being super scrawny. The test will be my competing in the "MF Ultimate Athlete Event."

About to start teaching nutrition this summer, will be working by a river so maybe some good trail running and swimming?
To strike a balance inbetween being a skinny runner and a weight lifter. Super fit without being super scrawny. The test will be my competing in the "MF Ultimate Athlete Event."
Goal (Long):
1. To strike a balance between strength and endurance like Bruce Lee or Erwan Le Corre.
2. I especially want to train with untraditional methods (like flipping tires, lifting rocks, and things like that).
3. Also in the next three years I want to compete in the Men's Fitness' "MF Ultimate Athlete Event."
Step One: Get stronger, especially in my upper body (chest and arms). More muscle mass would look nice there too.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

This Schedule is to be rotated out until August when my job shifts back to normal and allows me to get in better work outs. This will be done everyday, the exercises will rotate accordingly with one first and then the next, like three gears.
I've just been using conventional tests, like pullups and pushups and 100m/mile runs, to measure my progress. Have you talked to any of the crossfit people, they could probably help you!
