Why I Love It: because it allows me to set any physical goal i choose and its up to me to go get them, no excuses, doesn't require alot of money, just effort.

Goal (Overall): My fitness goal for 2008 is to come in an overall tighter package.
Goal (Long): For as long as ive been working out, i have never had a problem with attaining muscularity, now as a figure competitor, what was once my greatest achievements seem more to haunt me at times, sometimes im considered to muscular sometimes im not, whats a girl to do, this time around going into 2008 competiting season, my plans are definitely to start dieting down alot earlier, i will keep my workouts light weights with alot of reps and lots and lots of cardio, lets see what happens.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
