Usually I start out with a basic fitness book, and then I try to review recent men's fitness magazines for ideas on how to vary my approaches. I'm bloody awful about following regimens and reading too much text doesn't work for me, so I've had to rely on quick examples and observance for the most part. I'm due to enlist the aid of a personal trainer soon to break my bad habits and push me along, now that I'm feeling comfortable with just doing things.
