I started working out to ace my PT test and when I realized I couldn't bench 135 lbs more than once it was time for a change.
Why I Love It:
The adrenaline rush... The euphoria after heavy sets... The soreness the next day...

Looking back at old pictures and seeing the transformation I have made.

Oh yeah, I see you killing the DB Shrugs with the 100s, you should give seated DB shrugs a shot with less weight and see how that goes... arms tomorrow so I'll have to kill the dips. Keep you posted.

491 DL is nice. I just missed 475 and it wasn't even close, I was so pissed off. I just did 465 without too much strain after missing some training a few weeks ago. OH well, I need to get chalk, the grip thing really messes with me. Prob mentally more than anything. Maybe I'll get gay with it and buy some gloves.
