How I Started:
I started working out as a freshman in 2002 but it was off and on training, and i had no idea what i was doing.
Started seriously training in May 2006, and really got serious about eating and training around June of 2006

Just got dat der shoulder surgery (4/25/08) finally gonna be able to work out upper in a couple months!!
Goal (Long):
My initial goal was to get up to 200 by end of summer but im at 190 right now and have too much fat so gonna slow the bulk up!
At college i wanna bulk up to around 220 and then cut down to around 10% bf

You have some interesting info on your workout plan, I'm needing to know what hypertropy is and what 10/9/8 with the 75/75/75/75/75.Also had sore throat and feeling bad had to lay off for a week in the gym. I'm trying to get back into the swing. Thanks

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
