How I Started:
I started working out as a freshman in 2002 but it was off and on training, and i had no idea what i was doing.
Started seriously training in May 2006, and really got serious about eating and training around June of 2006
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
My initial goal was to get up to 200 by end of summer but im at 190 right now and have too much fat so gonna slow the bulk up!
At college i wanna bulk up to around 220 and then cut down to around 10% bf

Nothing extreme, just cut calories and upped cardio. I was doing around an hour of cardio a day, 40 minutes in the morning, 20 a night, and working out twice a day too.
A little bit at a time. I started lifting with only the bar on the smith. But thats later. Just try to get your arm raised and mobile so you dont get arthritis.
Ouch. Well you have done an awesome job of recovery. You look amazing and well developed. You would never know if you didnt say. I am getting there, its taking time. I have limitations. Ive done alot better then some others. Ill get there. I wish you the best and keep hanging in there. If you got any techniques that helped you let me know. Im a double handicapp..lol.
Nice work bro. Did you have rotator cuff surgury? If so, I did too on both shoulders. It was/is a struggle getting back. Looks like you got through it and done awesome. How is it going for you?
