I used to be 145lbs back in 06...and all of 07 i worked out every day and would eat clean as can be... endings of 07 i started slacking off and got off track iam now 1t 200 lbs... i just started working out again back in feb. 25th of this year 09. I'am doing good so far alot of work but at the end it will pay off.

Hey!! Glad to hear things are intense on your end. For arms I have been doing a lot of giant sets(training under WeaponX66 on this site). Each set has like 4 alternating exercises for bi and tri...like do one bi exercise then one tri exercise.
