When I Started:	Sep, 2008
How I Started:	I was on my football team, and oneday my coach told me to bench only 135lbs, and i got underneath it and BOOM!!, it fell on my neck, i know its funny, but from that day on i joined my local gym and started to get bigger/stronger.
Why I Love It:	I love bodybuilding, because it gives me self-confidence, and i love the results, and im not afraid to take my shirt off anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:	watching bodybuilding video's, magazines, people in my gym etc...
