I grew up playing football. In an effort to gain size, strength, speed and power, I began exercising and lifting weights. Eventually I got into powerlifting for high school football.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great about myself and helps keep my attitude in check.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that no matter how in shape I get and how good I look, I can ALWAYS improve. It's a personal challenge that I love.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-14 reps per set. That is what I am currently doing becuase I am on my cutting phase for summer.
Bulking is 6-8 reps per set

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I cant remember his name, but he works for BSN as their director of sales and marketing and is also one of their models. He has an awesome structure, is big but is very well proportioned to his frame
