I admit it...I LOVE oreo cookies and sweets. They are esp hard for me to stay away from in the afternoon! This week my goal is to not cheat on my diet. Also need to start adding a protein shake a day. That seems to usually help curb the sweet cravings.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think it funny :-) I think they are working really hard or listening to their ipod and don't realize HOW LOUD they really are!
