I want to build muscle so that I am in better shape and stronger and am less likely to hurt myself when playing sports. Looking good for my wife is an added bonus.
Goal (Long):
Had ACL surgery in both knees in 2005 and have been fighting to get my "legs" back ever since. I lost a couple of inches in each leg and my knees always hurt after playing sports so hope to build my legs back up to pre-injury status and also to build upper body strength so that someday I can hit the ball over the fence when playing softball.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

OK, day 1 of the P90X.  I did the chest and the ab X (whatever it is called).  I know I will feel this tomorrow.  Good workout, though I must admit that I was not even close to doing all the ab exercises.  The goal is to stick it out for the 90 days.  I think this will be a good change...
