no supplements just eating alot of food i occasionally take some protein, but in the future i definetly will consider supplements. Good luck with your goals

hey your looking great man you have came along way in one year to have a physique like that and those outstanding lifting stats are off the charts. You are obviously genetically gifted. Tell me something though everyone tells me to stay away from cardio because it will affect mass and strength it seems you have found a balance please tell me your secret. Cause honestly i feel better when i do both but i don't wanna lose my progress

yeah im up to about 3 inches where im at, winter season blows i always put extra weight on since it stops you from outdoor activities, hows the weather where you're at?
