I got into lifting cause growing up I lived a very unhealthy lifestyle so I decided to make a change
Why I Love It:
there is no better feeling than the natural high you get from the gym. It also keeps my stress level down

Watching others who have reached a level far beyond mine, and there's always someone out there training harder than me so I do what I can to keep up

well, the numbers for my bench is my max. The numbers for my squat is not as high as i could go. I just dont like to max out on squat..to me its too risky.

Thanks man. I am primarily a long distance runner so i need to be running everyday. I do all my lifting in the morning and do my running and cardio at night this way there is a recovery stage between the two.

I haven't checked my incline max but I usually do sets with 115kg.

No you still should use wide grip pull ups but deadlifts and rows will add nice thickness to back overall. Try doing deadlifts at begining of back work out and pull ups to kill any muscle fibers left at the end. Good luck and let me know if I can help anymore.

typical winter here. low 70s during the day, 60s at night. but this has been going on for months and we normally only get 2 or 3 weeks of winter weather.
