| I recently bought the book The Men's Health Hard Body Plan, and I'm working the beginner program for 12 weeks. I just finished up 12 weeks on the beginner program on the all-in-one machine at my apartment complex, but I just joined a gym (finally!) and am starting over to get the maximum effect and to make sure I have a reference point. |
