I hope that I may be able to glorify God through my lifting and hopefully show others the love of Christ. I just finished my first competition with an excellent Christian run organization. It's time to recomp and add more mass for next time.

I have been out of lifting regularly after high school. Sports were done and my fat burning/running decreased.
As of March 23, I am starting all over.
Goal is to lose fat first, then gain muscle.
180 pounds, low body fat.
