What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Start slow! Don't push yourself too hard in the beginning. There are no shortcuts in building and changing your body.
Do you currently have a workout partner?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I try not to, I'm kind of self-conscious that way. I don't begrudge those who do, however; just means they're working hard!
