How I Started:
I started going to the gym at lunch when I was in the Air Guard working full time about 7 months ago. I began to see a difference, went from 138lbs -128lbs. Than I began to change my bad eating habits and started lifting more and went from 128lbs-118lbs.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good, healthy, and happy!
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the transformation page on bodybuilding.com all I need to do is look at that and I am hooked. Being in the army also helps because I like to pass my pt tests with better than average scores.

Yeah, working weekends kind of sucks! It sounds like you enjoyed last week except for the being sick part. No worries though, I'm sure you will be back on track this week! You have made some awesome progress, just keep it up!!
Thanks! It wasn't to bad, spent it with my adopted family here. Not sure how great the weekend will be since I'm working but at least I'll make it to the gym!! How's your training and diet going? You sticking with it?
