How I Started: I started at a young age throwning around the weights but got serious about it off and on the last 2 years but now i am very didicated to my work out and nutrition.
Why I Love It: I love to make progress in my body for the good, i like to feel good and look good it helps me relieve stress and keeps me focused for the future.
How I Stay Motivated: Compliments from other and when people look at me and say "wow" it makes me feel good and want to workout even more.

Goal (Long): I have always been athletic; track, football, weightlifting, ect. I really got seroius about bodybuilding now these past year or so, I want to be have a rock hard body of muscle and look my best so i can perform at my best and be the best.

why is it that everyone turns there heads when it comes to big time bodybuilders like Jay Cutler, Ronnie Colmen and the other competetors out there that take this drug........ its not right its illegal and needs to be stopped..... then why has it not been stopped yet? one word GREED. this world...

Oh and in that pic I was at my highest bodyfat, I was roughly 15% at 142lbs, but I am 150lbs at only 11-12% now. So leaner and bigger.
