pologod05 thanks. really feels good to hear that. im going to be trying lyles Ultimate Diet 2.0 to try and lean out a little and get my abs back for the summer of course, then start back on a clean bulk. im having the damnedest time figuring out my nutrition though since i always second guess myself. i am pretty sure keto isnt for me though.
