We do not use weapons. People who train hard are weapons, our health is the ammunition and the body is the mechanism that fires it. When the mind says yes, and the body screams no, that is how we tell who we are and what we do. Never give up
I really want to gain 10-20 lbs of muscle and shed the crap out of it. I want to be in total control of my flexibility... i call it the jean clad van damn.
I know there are perverts all over the world but do they have to come here? People are talking about sponsorships and free money to people who send personal pics( hey!, i know i look good but damnit it all if i dont know it myself that im not worthy of a sponsorship... yet)!so to hell with...
No hun it wasn't too bad, just a pain in the ass. I had minor damage to my car and the lady I hit has about $700 worth of damage so I'm going to pay it out of pocket. I work at a body shop so that helps, lol.
Hi Matt, so did you get the results you wanted from the carb reduction routine? I increased my intake a bit, but it's still down overall from a few months ago. I think I reached a good balance but not making any gains.. hahah
