Not shore what is wrong. Have had something like it happen befor and it healed..slower each time. Every time I get back to heavy deadlifts or squats it happens again.

Good luck with the push press. Unfornatualy I keep bugging my hip so other than Benchpress I have to start working on endurance with less weight..SUCKS!
