I stopped by to say “way to go” and to wish you nothing but success as you continue towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven/are continuing to prove that with hard work and determination it can be. Not shore what is wrong. Have had something like it happen befor and it healed..slower each time. Every time I get back to heavy deadlifts or squats it happens again.

Good luck with the push press. Unfornatualy I keep bugging my hip so other than Benchpress I have to start working on endurance with less weight..SUCKS!
