My friends dad had a weight bench and one day i got tired of being skinny, so I picked up the weights and that was it...
Why I Love It:
I love the fact I can change my body and set goals to reach..Also I just want to live a healthy,long,drug free life....
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I stay motivated is through just really being humble and instead of looking at working out as something I have to do. It is something that I want to do and something that I have fun with.
BB Accomplishments:
really benching 225, 32 times.....but I think after I get my bodyfat to 5% than that will be my major accomplishment.

be on a cover of a mag.....or really long term goal is to become a good dad...well i don't have kids but i want to....that would be my real long term goal...but as far as my fitness life...i want to start a career in the NFL being a strength and conditioning coach....i start my intership with the Redskins next year (i hate the redskins, COWBOY FAN)

yeah bro thats the reason i take it for that matter,hardly any water retention but not as effective i think as monohydrate but it gets the job done.hey bro nothing wrong with cheat meals i take them all the time lol. nah only on sundays.
