I had an amazing transformation in 2007. Wanted to get into the best shape of my life before I got pregnant. My baby was born in October 2008, and I am getting back into the swing of things, hitting the gym 3-4 times per week.

Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 9:44pmI uploaded a new picture of myself - I'm 16 weeks pregnant in that picture of me in Mexico. Now I'm 20 weeks pregnant. I also updated my stats. I'm 136 lbs, depending on what scale I use. But to use the consistent method of weighing myself first thing in the morning, I think I'm about 136, so I've gained 8-10 lbs during pregnancy so far, which is in the low-to-mid range for weight gain. I am still at 20% body fat, so although I weigh more than ever, it is mostly baby, blood volume, amniotic fluid, etc... I cut and pasted details below that show
