well, i decided to change my chest workout to doing my bench presses down to only a 90 degree angle. Not only can i load more weight to my bench and get more work from my chest, but i also eliminate the deltoid and put it all on my chest. With the length of my arms a floor press works...

solid gains in both muscle size and definition. Good traps on the way, solid arms and forearms, getting a thick chest/pecs and good abs. Can certainly see it in a year no problem. Andre
