How I Started:
i played football and i was really small so i started lifting and then after a while i like lifting more than i like playing and lifting became my sport.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling i get from it and the results i see each week. seeing the weights get heavier and heavier each week.
How I Stay Motivated:
for a while it was hard it was just pure determination, but now i have a few friends who come and work out with me and it really helps keep me motivated and moving forward
BB Accomplishments:
so far my biggest accomplishment would be these last 6 months. 6 months ago i was 160 and working out with 135 on the bench, now I'm 182 and working out with 220 on the bench.

i want to get big but stay a decent weight and not look disgusting, but i do want a freakishly tone body. All my life i was really small and i got picked on and pushed around by all the kids that at the time seemed really big, people would steel my stuff beat me up and tell me that i was always gunna be small. well now im herre proving them wrong and no one messes with me anymore, but now its more than that now i wanna actually prove sumthing o wanna compete and prove that you can go from nothin to everything.

worked out my shoulders and traps today and did some abs, but whatever. worked on ym crucifix hold for Paxton strongman in two months, two weeks ago i was at 25lb dumbells for 35 seconds and this week im at 25lbs DB for 40 second ive been doing front ex bar raises, lateral raises, reverse...
Looks like they do a bit if tric markeing there. That amino acid profile is for 5 servings worth. Not to mention the main source of protein is from soy, which sucks. The price for 4 lbs is $18 more than what I would pay for say a cheap whey or lipotropic protein by legal gear. Also at the recommended dose it wouldn't eveb last a month. MHP is one of those companies that focuses on marketing to sort of trick people into buying their stuff... deffinately not a fan of MHP
