Background

When I Started: Jun 2006
HOW I STARTED:

i played football and i was really small so i started lifting and then after a while i like lifting more than i like playing and lifting became my sport.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love the feeling i get from it and the results i see each week. seeing the weights get heavier and heavier each week.

worked out my shoulders and traps today and did some abs, but whatever. worked on ym crucifix hold for Paxton strongman in two months, two weeks ago i was at 25lb dumbells for 35 seconds and this week im at 25lbs DB for 40 second ive been doing front ex bar raises, lateral raises, reverse fly's, overhead DB press, shrugs, and one arm dubell rows, and then for y abs i did 4 sets of sits ups of the bench so i could go further down then a regular sit up to really work my abs. did them in sets of 10 did the last one weighted. and then i did barbell side bends did 3 sets of those. really feels like...

today i did my arms workout id did a ez bar curls with a close grip 1 set of 12 with 75lbs 1 set of 12 with 95lbs 1 set of 8 with 105lbs 1 set of 6 with 140lbs then i moved onto forearms reverse ez bar curls 1 set of 15 with 45lbs 2 sets of 12 with 75lbs 1 set of 8 with 95lbs then i did triceps 3 sets of 15 dips tricep curls 2 sets of 10 with 75lbs 1 set of 15 with 40lbs during my workout i drank a mix of BCAA, AAKG, and Creatine mixed together with gatorade actually taste pretty good. well thats my arms workout for today

Vipersg123 Looks like they do a bit if tric markeing there. That amino acid profile is for 5 servings worth. Not to mention the main source of protein is from soy, which sucks. The price for 4 lbs is $18 more than what I would pay for say a cheap whey or lipotropic protein by legal gear. Also at the recommended dose it wouldn't eveb last a month. MHP is one of those companies that focuses on marketing to sort of trick people into buying their stuff... deffinately not a fan of MHP Dec 19, 2008 3:09pm
