Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Don't have bumper plates to drop weights and sometimes people snipe your spot if you're using 2 stations.

I competed in the games on May 23rd and 24th. I wasn't at my goal weight, but I was feeling good and I even surprised myself. First workout 5 135# thrusters, 10 burpees as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes. I had a goal of 7, but I only completed 6. I couldn't have done another...
