My brother in law was into training alot and he got me started. My gf at the time bought me a weights bench with about 150lbs of weights for my 21st birthday. I didn't use that much until 6 months after my birthday when we split up and I found I had a LOT of time on my hands lol
Why I Love It:
I love it cos I feel better when I train. I eat better when I train, my overall lifestyle is very much inproved when I'm working out. Plus, looking good isn't a bad 'effect' you get from train hard and eating well!
How I Stay Motivated:
I know my whole lifestyle will suffer if I dont goto the gym. Not going is like saying I've given up on my life. I like to look good, as do many people. So it's easy to justify going to the gym. Thses days, it's not even a choise to go, it's as simple as going to work or having to get up in the morning - I HAVE to goto the gym.. thats how it is ;)
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any! I wish I would have started in my mid teens! I'm hoping to enter a natural bodybuilding comp in summer 2008. Stay tuned for that one.

My ultimate goal would be to be around 220 with about 10% BF. I cant see myself achieving this before I'm 30. I'm 26 this october 2007.
My inspiration for liking muscle and wanting to be a muscular looking guy is mostly from the types of things I was brought up on as a kid - Seeing Arnold in Conan, as Commando, as Terminator. Seeing Stallone in Rocky, Rambo etc.. To me, THAT is the way a guy should look and for me, its been a nice ride so far trying to try to look like those guys.
No too sure here. Mostly, I'd say CGBP, skull crushers and weighted dips. They should all be thrown in during tricep work IMO. I try to stay on the higher side of reps (8 - 15) for most sets

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Training them with back and doing good old BB curls. They're my bread & butter exercise for biceps
So, my first week of the new Max-OT routine that I started has been disrupted by my wrist becoming very painful!
