hey man congrats on your finish in tulsa, thats a hard show man. Hopefully you got to talk to the head judge and get some critiques, if not, I can pull some strings and get the promoter of that show to give me the low down of where you stood and why you placed where you did. grant'

lookin good, i'm a buddy of westfall's and he told me to take a look at you. make sure to get your posing down, i know the promoter of the show your going to personally and posing and conditioning are a big deal there. good luck

fine. bulking right now. i'm not going to do anymore shows this year. i'm only 16 so i decided i need to add size and hit a couple shows early next year then go to teen nationals in 2010.
