How I Started:
I was starting to get fat and i just randomly decided to work out to lose weight and to get into better shape.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the tight feeling of ur muscles after a big workout. I enjoy just spending time at the gym and its just rewarding to see the gains and feel healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about how big i can get and how much effort its gonna take and if i dont go then the next day i dont feel big.

todat definately blew my plan out of the water haha, lifted way more
not really sure how i feel about dropping the weights though...
but i guess we gotta do what we gotta do and see where it takes us
yeah i was thinking, somethign like 185 for 5 200 for like 3 (twice) 210, then see how im feeling?
i donno i think we have to actually be doing it to figure out what we wanna do
