Go hard without killing myself

I know my limitations.  What I also know is how to work with them to create a better, stronger, fitter me.  It may take longer to reach goal, but it's better to go slow and finish than go hard and get knocked out completely.

L/O Vegetarian headed toward veganism.

I feel better without dairy and eggs, but tnd to replace them with a lot of starch.  I'm tweaking my nutrition plan to help build a better, stronger, fitter me.

Vitaminral Green, lots of leafy greens, and lean plant-based protein.   Vegan Shakeology and Warrior Force protein are in stock.  I'll never run out again.

I have three bad discs, spinal fusion, and a crumbling spine.  My warrior is battered, but not broken.  She will rise!

wahminsc Pinched nerves in back (old) and neck (new). Bone spurs and fusion in neck. I am not amused and not happy. But still motivated.

wahminsc created a new BodyBlog entry "Walking, walking, walking".

Lots of walking is the main part of the plan for now.  I can handle it, but apparently body has other ideas.  Ouch!  This will not beat me.  I'll do what needs to be done, get stronger, and tear it up from there.

wahminsc Pain at a 6-8 so far, bu is all over and not concentrated to a single area. I think I'd prefer a higher level in one spot. Ouch!

SMooCHES220 I need to workout something...I had my daughter take my weight lastnight (I was not suppose to be weighing anymore but I did) and Ive only lost 4lbs (I still don't know how much I weigh)since Oct 1st WTF...now Im a bit disappointed but on the other hand I do feel and see some changes...Zumba is FUN! you will like it..Im so rhythmless but I stand in the front of every class and have me a ball! SMooCHES220 I get bored easily I switch up alot.Ive done LiveFit,did Insanity in the morns (for a few months off and on),did a few weeks of the 6 Wk Shred workout(strength training is my thing)now Im back to classes M-Bootcamp or Zumba,T-Total Body,W-Kickboxing,Th-Bootcamp,F-Zumba,S-bootcamp n Zumba,Sun-strength.I should be ALOT smaller than I am because I workout Alot almost everyday I truly like working out,if I didn't I wouldve been given up because of slow results but I know in due time it will Jan 21, 2013 9:06pm

ItsAboutime Thanks for the follow! Good luck on the transformation challenge. It has definitely been a challenge but I'm dedicated. Each day it does get easier though, I started not being able to breathe walking a mile on the treadmill; to now being able to jog a 1/2 mile and walk 2 miles everyday! Jan 15, 2013 3:16pm
