Captain Ahab I suggest that you take small steps. By taking smaller steps towards a larger goal, you are able to experience success much more quickly and much more often. So instead of telling yourself you're going to lose 100 pounds within the year try telling yourself you're going to lose 1 pound this week. Then do it. Captain Ahab I wish you success. While I don't know what program you use I want to say that I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks on the Body for Life program. It's a 12 week body transformation program that gives great and quick results. I don't know if you've heard of it but I wanted to mention it just in case.
