How I Started:
My friends referred me to P90X. They said it was too difficult. I was interested in the challenge so I purchased the product and I love it. I had to put working out to the side during school though.
Why I Love It:
It boosts up my self confidence once the results start to show. I love the feeling of soreness after workouts. I feel like i did my job.
I haven't been able to get back into working out lately due to lack of motivation and a hectic schedule. I saw that you were in competitions and you looked confident. I would love to feel that way, and also would love to compete. I have no idea where to start. I'm back into a better routine and seeing results. Thank you for inspiration, and good luck in any future competitions.

Training has been kinda challenging this week. My partner/trainer has been out with an ankle injury so I modified to make sure I could lift without a spotter. Rough, because I'm used to such heavy weight for reps with a spot that it was hard backing off. Killed legs today- sore for sure. Just looking forward to contest prep in a few weeks.
